Ventura 106 Reimbursements
The reimbursement requests for Ventura train 106 are now available on http://www.lapassenger.com/reimbursement.php due to its cancellation in Oxnard today.
Reimbursements come from Metrolink, not LAPassenger. Passengers report that it may take up to 6 weeks to receive your reimbursement. If you wish to know the status of your reimbursement, please contact Metrolink (http://www.MetrolinkTrains.com). Unfortunately, LAPassenger cannot provide you with the status of your reimbursement as we don’t issue them.

I created a reimbursement letter with your website on 3/25/08 and received the reimbursement on May 1. So just about 4-5 weeks.
The LAPassenger reimbursement page is so easy to use! I just have to remember to keep the ticket I was using at the time and attach a copy of it to my letter.

I received my 4-Pass for the May 1 issue in Oxnard this week, so again, it took about 4-5 weeks. That seems to be the standard.
